As someone on the nominal Right, it is the Republican position on student loan debt that I hate the most.
At the very least, there should be a third line stating the desire to end future predatory loan practices that are bankrupting a generation of individuals (Except, student loans are literally the only thing one can’t file bankruptcy over). But no, the cuckservatives are happy to impoverish the impressionable kids they told must go to college who otherwise would be failures as adults if they failed to go.
One of the biggest concerns of our future economy is with how many adults will be able to participate in meaningful ways like buying homes or cars. After all, many will not be able to afford to since they will be up to their ears in student loan debt.
